Apple Computer Inc. said on Wednesday it is taking its first step toward monthly subscriptions, offering "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and "The Colbert Report" for $9.99 a month.
I guess we will find out if two shows alone in VOD on a 2" screen meets with consumer approval. For about 12x that price don't we get digital cable with access to hundreds of networks and record what we want on a DVR?
