Cities with the best digital TV coverage

Digital television coverage is a serious problem in the US, particularly with the switchover well underway. Remote areas are finding it seriously problematic to aquire a reliable signal. There's certainly no cable in a lot of places and all that ends up leaving you with is satalite, an expensive and sometimes unreliable technology. Philly apartments, check your coverage if you happen to live there, as even cities can be hit and miss, but the remote little villages down south don't have a chance in hell of getting cable is laying it is just generally not worthwhile for companies to lay the cabling, leaving satalite as the only technology left.
Will it be enough to allow the DTV transition to go as planned? Who knows.
