Comcast's On Demand service always sounded nice; the idea of lots of on demand programming available online to stream at will, for nothing more than your ordinary cable tv and internet fee, was nothing to be scoffed at! Unfortunatly it brought with it some silly drm which prevented more than 3 computers having access to the same account; useless if you were travelling, for example, and wanted to catch up on your favorite TV show.

However, the service now just requires a login on any PC after being rejigged and rebranded the rather odd sounding "Fancast Xfinity TV".

If you are a Comcast subscriber, it's well worth a look, the HD content in particular!
