Digital Cable Growth
In the cable world you are either analog or digital cable. Digital cable is a subset of the cable television statistics and I don't know why there is such a lag for adaption. I imagine that any cable subscriber who has not yet converted from analog cable to digital cable probably is a very difficult sell to coax into IPTV.
