Google Video and YouTube to remain separate entities
So it would appear Google Video is viewed less as an online video viewing destination and more primarily as a video search destination.

Once you find the videos then wouldn’t you want to view them? Both services seem a little redundant for Google to keep running but Google probably has a good reason for doing it.
