LG's Super Multi Blue, Combines Blu-ray and HD DVD at 2008 CES

lg electronics debuted the world's only Blu-ray/HD DVD player, the Super Multi Blue, at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show, CES. Popular Mechanics magazine reported that the LG Super Multi Blue combo Blu-ray HD DVD player would be available for retail later this year. LG electronics currently is pricing the LG Super Multi Blue combo Blu-ray HD DVD player around $1200.

The player includes HDMI connections and can output at 1080p. This combo Blu-ray HD DVD player eliminates the need to choose a format. It levels the playing field to focus on just the product. Gotta love it.
