by Tobi Elkin,

THE BULLS ARE RUNNING ON Wall Street. So are Hoofy and Boo, two characters that spin the financial news of the day and serve as hosts of a new animated business TV show, "Hoofy and Boo's News and Views."

The show, launching on Minyanville.com, an online provider of financial intelligence developed by Minyanville Publishing & Multimedia, takes a look at the week's big stories and market conditions.

"Bringing Wall Street's Bull and Bear to life with Hoofy and Boo's News and Views was a natural progression for us," said Minyanville founder and CEO, Todd Harrison. The new show is based on the premise "What if Wall Street's Bull and Bear could Talk?" and is being produced by Minyanville and LiveSpark animation.

The new show is the work of Justin Rohrlich, an award-winning creative director--and was developed with Kevin Depew, who is executive editor of Minyanville.com.

The multimedia approach exploits animation, Web capabilities and storytelling to offer a fresh take on financial news and trends.

Minyanville was created in 2003 as an entertaining interactive forum for financial news and education.
