Obama to postpone Digital Switchover

It was widely assumed that on the 17th of Febuary, analogue TV was going to be entirely shutoff in the good ol' US of A, but president elect Barak Obama has requested that Congress delay the switchover, due to fundamental problems in the digital box program that is being rolled out.

It's unfortunate in a way, but there are many valid reasons it is being done, including the fact that some less informed folk will blame him when TVs stop working as soon as he officially becomes the president.

Oh well... one day...
