Secret Nuke Plans Smuggled out of North Korea

This video amused me. Perhaps you will like it too. And its short.

How could North Korea test a nuclear weapon with the world trying to prevent them from doing so? Easy. CIA intellegence reports suspect that 27 nations now have access to Diet Coke and Mentos meaning that non-proliferation is a thing of the past.
