Whole Network Announcements Business Trends Channels DTV Transition ... Internet TV IPTV Wi-fi

Verismo's VuNow

Filed in archive Internet TV by Jordan Grodecki on February 10, 2009

As I have spoke about before, I have questioned whether Internet TV would ever take off. It seems like Verismo, however are trying to push it foward with a new set top box, the VuNow, which will pull content off various web sources and play it back on your screen, without any sort of hassle.

It seems a good idea, but where is the content coming from? Youtube? Amatures? I just don't see it working out.

I hope it does, though, it'd be nice to see some quality TV out there on the net.
